A slow brochure site rebuilt into a modular, high-performance website with a CMS-ready content model and cleaner conversion paths.
The brief
The business had outgrown its old website. Pages were hard to update, speed was inconsistent and the service pages did not explain the offer with enough confidence. The redesign needed to improve both the visitor experience and the internal publishing workflow.
What was broken
The existing pages were static, repetitive and difficult for the team to maintain.
Visual sections were inconsistent, which made the brand feel less premium than the service it sold.
Performance debt had accumulated from oversized assets and duplicated layout patterns.
What we built
Rebuilt the frontend with reusable section blocks, cleaner routing and performance-first media handling.
Created a content model that lets the team launch service and campaign pages without developer dependency.
Reduced visual clutter and gave every page a stronger hierarchy from hero to final CTA.
The outcome
The platform became easier to edit, faster to load and stronger as a sales asset. It gave the internal team a repeatable system instead of another one-off redesign.
